30 day Reminder Email

30 days prior to your cleaning appointment you will receive an email reminding you of the date and time of your appointment.  Please check your calendar to confirm you are available that date and time.  If everything is fine, you don't need to do anything.  If you need to change the appointment, please call the office to reschedule at 925-462-0010.

3 day Confirmation Email

4 days prior to your cleaning appointment you will receive an email to confirm you appointment.  This replaces the 2 day phone call we used to make.  To confirm you appointment, please scroll to the bottom of the email and hit the CONFIRM button.  To change your appointment, please call the office to reschedule at 925-462-0010.

1 Day Reminder Text Message

One day before your appointment, you will receive a text message reminder.  This is a courtesy reminder, sent by our computer software. You can not confirm or deny appointments by responding to this text.
