Appointment Reminders
We have an appointment reminder system in place utilizing your email and cell phone text capabilities. If we have your cell phone number you will recieve a text message 30 days prior to your appointment. This, however does not give you the opportunity to confirm your appointment. We would appreciate it if you would call to confirm. You may opt out of this system if you do not want to receive text messages, in that case you will receive a phone call as before, the day prior to your appointment.
If we have your email address, you will be notified, via email, 3 days prior to your appointment. You will have the ability to confirm in this matter thus alleviating a follow-up phone reminder.
Please know that we schedule our appointments very carefully to assure all of our patients are seen promptly and sufficient time is alloted for every procedure. If you are unable to keep you appointment, please notify us two business days in advance.
If neither of these options work for you, we will call you two days in advance of your appointment to confirm. Thank you for your cooperation.
