Belize Mission Trip Thanksgiving 2008
Dr. Chew returned to Punta Gorda, Belize with his family, Dr. Ken Gong, hygienists Amy Fessa and Becki Gibson, Assistant Darlene Tanisawa, and a group of students from Valley Bible Church to provide dental care to the "Walkabout" children and residents. For one week, the small dental clinic located just outside of town hummed with excitement as over 200 patients were treated- many receiving dental care for the very first time. They visited the local elementary school and provided oral hygiene instruction and fluoride treatments to the students. The dental team thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to help others and share their many blessings.
