Scheduling Appointments

      To schedule an appointment please call Martha or Patti at our reception desk during office hours. They will be happy to assist you in finding an appointment that fits your needs or answer any additional questions.

      We make every effort to stay on schedule and ask patient to be on time as well.  Since appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient we ask that you please notify our office 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment.  Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them.  We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.

Tuesday          7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Wednesday     8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
